King Edwards Medical University Lahore
King Edward Medical University (KEMU) is the oldest and most prestigious medical school in Pakistan. Mayo Hospital is the attached hospital, which was built at the same time.King Edward Medical University was established in 1860 as the Lahore Medical College. It is one of the oldest government medical institutions in South Asia, after Medical College Kolkata (1835) in India. .
