Many Google AdSense publishers have issues with their accounts, they do not know how to get it fix as soon as possible. Currently, Publishers can contact AdSense support team only via their ticket system. Due to heavy volume, their support team get back to you after several weeks which is really an irritating thing. Publishers whose adsense accounts got disable need some urgent help rather than filling a appeal form to get disabled adsense account back. Google has resolved this issue by starting AdSense phone support in near future.
In "2011 Annual Stockholders meeting" a question was asked by person that if there is a good medium to communicate with Google (check video at 1 hour, 1 minute). Larry Page, agreed that they need to improve communication system for publishers. Additionally, Susan said, they are working on adding telephonic support for advertisers and publishers and within the next 4 to 5 monthseveryone will be able to contact Google via telephone.
This is really a good move by AdSense, publishers will be able to contact directly to the concern department and their issues (possibly) will get a solution immediately.
